What should I do before you arrive?
Please ensure the drain is working properly, as our prep work involves several rinses. If your faucet is leaking more than 1 drop per minute, we recommend getting it repaired before refinishing begins. No water must come into contact with the newly refinished surface for the agreed-upon drying time. Additionally, please remove any personal items from the bathroom and keep the temperature between 72–76°F during the service and for the following 24 hours.
How long does the process take?
Each project is unique, but for a standard bathtub that has never been refinished, the process usually takes 3 to 4 hours depending on its condition and size. We'll review the specific timeline for your project in detail when you book with us.
