What should I do before you arrive?

The drain and faucet are properly fixed.
Please verify that your drain functions properly, as our prep process requires multiple rinses. If your faucet leaks more than one drop per minute, we suggest repairing it before we start refinishing. It’s essential that no water touches the freshly refinished surface during the specified drying period
Should I remove all personal items from the bathroom?
Additionally, please remove any personal items from the bathroom and keep the
temperature between 72–76°F during the service and for the following 24 hours.

How long before I can use my refinished bathtub?
You’ll need to wait 24 hours before using the refinished bathtub. Any damage caused by touching or using the surface within this period won’t be covered under our warranty.
How long does the process take?
Each project is unique, but for a standard bathtub that has never been refinished, the process typically takes 3 to 4 hours depending on its condition and size. We’ll go over the specific timeline for your project in detail when you book with us.
