You will need to wait a full 24 hours before using your newly refinished bathtub. Please note that any damage caused by touching, using, or running water over the surface during this 24-hour curing period will not be covered under our warranty.
Yes, please clear all personal items, such as toiletries, towels, and shower curtains, from the bathroom before we arrive. For the coating to cure properly, it is also important to keep the bathroom temperature between 72–76°F during the service and for the full 24 hours following completion.
Please ensure your drain is fully functional, as our deep-cleaning prep process requires multiple heavy rinses. Additionally, check your faucet for leaks. If it drips more than 1 drop per minute, it must be repaired before your appointment. It is absolutely critical that no water touches the freshly refinished surface during its drying period.
Refinishing a standard bathtub that has never been painted typically takes 3 to 4 hours, although this may vary slightly based on the tub's condition and size. We will give you a precise timeline for your project during the booking process.
