What should I do before you arrive?
Please ensure the drain is working properly, as our prep work involves several rinses. If your faucet is leaking more than 1 drop per minute, we recommend getting it repaired before refinishing begins. No water must come into contact with the newly refinished surface for the agreed-upon drying time. Additionally, please remove any personal items from the bathroom and keep the temperature between 72–76°F during the service and for the following 24 hours.
How long does the process take?
Each project is unique, but for a standard bathtub that has never been refinished, the process usually takes 3 to 4 hours depending on its condition and size. We'll review the specific timeline for your project in detail when you book with us.
How long will it take before I can use my refinished bathtub?
You'll need to wait 24 hours before using the refinished bathtub. Any damage caused by touching or using the surface during this time won't be covered under our warranty.
